1. Items must be current styles, season appropriate, recently cleaned, in excellent condition, authentic, and hanging or neatly folded. Items will be inspected and chosen while you wait.
2. Article will authenticate, appraise, and email an itemized price list with an end of term date within 1 week and will keep items on consignment for 60 days.
3. You, the consignor, choose to either retrieve or abandon items not sold within the 60-day selling period. Abandoned inventory will become the property of Article Consignment. If you wish to retrieve unsold items from the sales floor you will need to do so within 14 days of the end of your term. Article will provide you a list of your remaining items to retrieve or will assist in collecting items >$50 with 24-hour prior notice.
4. Once an item sells, you will receive a percentage of the selling price. An appraisal fee may be added to the price of an item and passed on to the buyer. Article reserves the right to apply markdowns without prior notification.

Account balance can be applied as A) store credit or B) a check with a minimum account balance of $20.
If checks are not picked up within 90 days of the end of the consignment period, all moneys will be forfeited.

Article Consignment will do its best to safeguard your items but all merchandise left is at your own risk. Article Consignment assumes no liability for damage by handling, loss by fire, theft or destruction of any item left in our care.

Monitoring the consignment account is your (the consignor) responsibility. You may text, email or check sales in the consignor log-in tab on www.ShopArticleConsignment.com for updates.
